Still holding on to that chair your grandmother left you — even though it's seen better days?

South Florence Upholstery is a locally owned and operated shop right here in Effingham. We've spent years perfecting the craft of furniture restoration — because we know that the chair in your dining room isn't just furniture. It's where family dinners happen. The sofa in your living room isn't just a place to sit. It's where movie nights and quiet mornings take place.

When something wears out, your first instinct might be to replace it. But we see something different — we see potential. With new padding, fresh fabric, and a little bit of elbow grease, that tired piece can feel just as good as the day you brought it home.

Every project we take on gets our full attention. No rush jobs, no shortcuts. Just honest work done the right way.
